Make your Lettering look like Water and Soap

Recently I decided that I wanted to make some lettering to go over a Fauxsaic (my next tutorial will show you how to Fauxsaic) that I’d done, and I specifically wanted it to look like Water, which led me down a rabbit hole of trying to master a repeatable fail-safe technique. That was swiftly undermined by me getting distracted with making lettering that looked like soap foam, because, duh, soap, and water…. anyway, to cut a long story short, I think I have achieved both, a repeatable technique and Soapy Lettering WOOOOOO!
